By using the "Design for Salla" platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately. باستخدامك لمنصة "ديزاين فور سلة" (Design for Salla)، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، فيجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة فوراً.

2. Service Description 2. وصف الخدمة

"Design for Salla" is an intermediary application providing technical integration between your "Salla" store and the "Canva" editor. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating data transfer via API. "ديزاين فور سلة" هو تطبيق وسيط يوفر تكاملاً تقنياً بين متجرك في منصة "سلة" ومحرر "كانفا". تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على تسهيل نقل البيانات والصور عبر الروابط البرمجية (API).

3. Data & Image Ownership 3. ملكية البيانات والصور

• All images and data remain your full property.تظل جميع الصور والبيانات الخاصة بمتجرك ملكاً كاملاً لك.

• Design for Salla does not store your image files on its servers.منصة "ديزاين فور سلة" لا تقوم بتخزين ملفات الصور الخاصة بك على خوادمها.

• You are responsible for the intellectual property rights of the images you edit.أنت مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن حقوق الملكية الفكرية للصور التي تختار تعديلها.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds 4. سياسة الاشتراكات والاسترداد

Subscription fees are charged for access to technical sync features. يتم تحصيل رسوم الاشتراك مقابل الحصول على الميزات التقنية للربط والمزامنة.

Note:ملاحظة: Since this is a digital service, subscriptions are non-refundable once the service is activated. نظراً لأن الخدمة رقمية، فإنه لا يمكن استرداد مبالغ الاشتراك بعد البدء في استخدام الخدمة.

• We are not responsible for any data loss on Salla or Canva accounts.نحن لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي فقدان للبيانات قد يحدث في حسابك.

• Design for Salla is not liable for errors in display or image quality resulting from user edits.لا يتحمل "ديزاين فور سلة" مسؤولية أي أخطاء في العرض أو جودة الصور الناتجة عن تعديلات المستخدم.
